ICBC Counselling
If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC-funded counselling can help you manage the emotional, psychological, and physical impacts of the experience. With an approved ICBC claim, you may be eligible for counselling services at minimal cost to you.
Our therapists provide trauma-informed, evidence-based support to help you process the accident, reduce symptoms such as anxiety, stress, or trauma responses, and navigate the challenges that can arise during recovery. Whether you're dealing with persistent worry, sleep difficulties, fear of driving, pain-related stress, or overall adjustment concerns, we’re here to help you regain a sense of safety, confidence, and wellbeing.

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) Counselling
CVAP-funded counselling offers emotional support and therapeutic care for individuals impacted by crime or trauma. If you have an approved CVAP claim, you can access counselling services at no cost to you. Our goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, reduce distress, and begin healing at your own pace.
Your therapist will work collaboratively with you using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to help you rebuild a sense of safety, regain control, and move toward emotional recovery. Whether you are coping with a recent incident or past trauma, you don’t have to navigate it alone—support is available.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
